Giving your clients the red carpet treatment leads to more 5-star reviews, more referrals, and more growth for your business! Now it’s time to create a system that makes every single buyer feel like you rolled the red carpet out just for them.

Here are some ideas to help you create your Red Carpet System

  • Make everything about your clients’ goals
  • Survey your clients at every stage to find out if there’s anything ELSE you could be doing for them
  • Track your number of returning clients and referrals
  • Set goals based on referrals and returning clients
  • Increase your number of reviews
  • Attend other Realtors’ open houses
  • Throw your clients a housewarming party to connect with their sphere
  • Host client appreciation events
  • At the end of the Buyers Consult, ask your client what else you can add to be sure that the experience is 5 star for them
  • Bring a Buyers Toolkit to every showing – with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, snacks, water, coloring books and crayons for the kids, and mace for safety
  • Step it up a notch by doing a Cheese Video rather than a Cheese Letter!
  • Show appreciation for the people that work for you – host contests, surprise them with rewards, know how they learn. These people represent you, make sure you show them that you appreciate their work!
